I have over 25 years of practical and management experience in international sales and marketing, among others in the management of global corporations in the electrical, metal and mechanical engineering industries as well as in the ancillary construction sector. Depending on the task, I work as a general manager, managing director or division manager, working with or alongside line management. As Interim Manager I concentrate on the following topics:

My numerous additional trainings include the training as Interim Executive at the European Business School and as Certified Management Consultant. I hold the PRINCE2 Project Management Certificate according to international standards and the Certification for Business Model Innovation of the RWTH Aachen University. I am also an accredited member of the DDIM (Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management e. V.), the DÖIM (Dachorganisation Österreichisches Interimmanagement) and the Initiative proEthik of the WKO.

I make this knowledge and experience available to you within the framework of an interirm management mandate. I am temporarily in charge of the management or divisional management with a special focus on sales, innovation and personnel development in the sales area. The objectives of my mandates are usually business development, i.e. the generation of additional business, turnover and earnings.
