Awards and honors
Prizes and awards are independent certifications of the quality of an interim manager's work. They are awarded by neutral organisations and are independent of the interim manager. The jury is made up of experts in their respective fields, e.g. established interim managers or interim providers. The jury for the CONSTANTINUS Award, for example, is made up of a 70-strong panel of experts made up of high-calibre business executives.
For client companies that consider the use of an interim manager, such prizes and awards are an important indication of the quality and professionalism of an interim manager. In this way, a selection can already be made in the first research phase without the need for time-consuming discussions.
In practice, prizes and awards should be supplemented by corresponding customer references . These are on the one hand more subjective, on the other hand however with high detail knowledge over the work quality of the Interim manager equipped. They form a good rounding off of the initial assessment.
